Processing time
- Ready to ship items ship out within 2-3 business days of purchase. Orders are shipped from Bellevue, WA during business hours, Monday-Friday.
- Made to order items shipping time vary depending on order. If needed by a specific date, please let me know in the Notes to Seller when ordering.
- You will receive a shipping notification as soon as your package is on its way.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Delays due to customs are not under my control. Please allow up to 2 additional weeks. Thanks for understanding. Please contact your local customs bureau for additional tax and duty information and/or local tax estimates.
ORDER CANCELLATION
We are unable to offer cancellations after an order has shipped.
STOLEN PACKAGES
Please ship your package to a secure location or post box to ensure it is delivered without risk of theft. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for stolen packages.
LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
Catshy Crafts is not responsible for any packages lost in transit once picked up by the mailing service. Packages in transit are the responsibility of the mailing service. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for lost or missing packages.
